Have to eat food that is light and blend. Eg: soup.... bread... porridge.... steam fish... tofu... chee cheong fan with soy sauce. :) Cannot eat food that has too much MSG, too sweet or too salty.
Me too! Eating half way and suddenly feel nausea. Last Friday I went to have Jap food with hubby. Until today when I think of the Jap food make me want to puke. Find the taste very disgusting. :(
