Yep because there is no symptom and there was cramping which feels so like menses cramp that I thought AF is reporting.

Hi. I have been trying to conceive for 3 months and started using OKP last month. I have BD on the day and the day after seeing the smiley face on the clear blue but still failed . I have read that COQ10 will help in conceiving . Has anyone tried eating COQ10 and is successful in conceiving ?
