Rata, 5kg is a good weight gain n best is mostly go to didi, also boyboy will be bigger than jac ba. Aim at gaining max 1kg per month till delivery. Avoid durians, after eating 2 mao San wang, my weight increased by 1kg. So scary... Shint, Oic, that means your appetite came back. Good good...
