Just as I thought my wound seems to b recovering fine, I had menses cramps feeling this morning. Had to lie on bed. And my flow is heavier than previous days. Wondering is it cos I have been carrying bb too much for the past few days...

I can poo easily after every meal. Poo too excessively until backside pain

I see.. I have been very heaty from confinement food. Almost after every meal will need to poo and the poo is blackish in colour. Urgh. I can't really tell the sore is due to the excessive poo sessions or the stitches!

For those that gave birth naturally, how long did the stitches take to melt away? Today is day 12 since I delivered. I still feel my down there sore. Going to toilet is a chore.

I heard squats helped for some people. U can give it a try. Ur edd very soon! Excited for u!

If bb is pretty down, he should b coming out soon! Enjoy the last few days of waiting! U can try doing some squats to speed things up. When is your edd? For me, I hope my girl can stay in my tummy longer. Tml my last day of work before I go on leave. Am hoping to rest more before the big day...

Hi wennsays I also try n minimise walking as much as possible cos it's just too painful to walk now . My gynae has not check for dilation yet. Cos during my last check at wk 36 last wk, bb not engaged yet. Next wk then see gynae again. Think your gynae will only induce when bb is overdue or...

Hi wennsays Same here. Groin area, pelvic area and uterus area hurts when I walk and also getting onto/off/ turning on bed. I'm week 37 now.
