Kong kong, if your ms is really bad, go see your Gynae and tell him it is affecting your work and the stress of work makes u feel sicker. He will give u at leave 1-2 weeks mc then u can rest at home.

According to my Gynae, taking one normal panadol is okay. Not Panadol extra but the normal one. But if u feel unsure, call your Gynae and check.
