Cheryl; congrats!! Triplets!! Woo.. I understand how you feel! I'm having twins also identical, sharing one placenta.. The stress and the risk.. No joke. Till now I still not sure about my EDD and gynae advice not to tell people I'm having 2 as it will sometimes end up with one.. Bla bla bla...

actually my gynae don't recommand preggy woman to eat spicy and oily food.. reason due to cos now our digestive system slows down alot.. afraid that the spicy will upset the stomach..but then no put put..or else if put put then like LS.. so I stopped taking spicy food..BUt i cannot resist on...

Ytd I went to Spring, there are also some items on 20% discount..
