    Any idea how much does it cost for total bill for A1 bedded and with the same Gynae. And roughly how much cash to pay upfront ? Previously I deliver at TMC with elective c sec, 1 bedded . Cash pay front cost almost $5k . Very expensive . Any kind mummies to share ?
