Hi Shirley, Don't be disheartening! My initial hcg is 33,000 that is extremely high... MTX did not work well for me to have hit < 5 prior to the burst of my left fallopian tube. My hcg finally went down to <5 after my laparoscopy within 2 weeks. God blessed!
