I only remember avoid vit A supplements, no alcohol, no caffeine, no raw fish, no shark fins (cos of the mercury) though. We should be taking in more iron and calcium. Not sure why dr ask u to avoid milk and yoghurt?

The ultrasound machine that my gynae used for the Oscar test was different than the usual one that she had been using. Not sure if that made a difference but we could see our baby as a whole and it was pretty clear! Strongly recommend u ladies to ask ur hubby to accompany u! My gynae said this...
