Yes, ER means Egg retrieval. Mine was every 2 days, had to come in early morning for about an hour or so. They need to monitor your follicles to see if it's ready for your ER.

I've been with my company for nearly 15yrs, my team and boss are like family to me so I informed them earlier and they were very understanding. Even helped me out when I'm on leave during my ER/ET. Best is to talk to your superior and give him/her the heads up so you won't feel stressed out...

Hi, besides taking pre natal supplements, do have a good diet. Eat clean. Avoid processed food and junk meals. Have plenty of rest and go for massages to relax your body and mind.

My experience was different though. I was straightaway scheduled for my first scan 2 weeks later after my beta. I read few post where some had to take blood test for every visit. Hmmm should I be concerned as well? I'm with NUH btw. Not sure if other hospitals have different protocols

It may be a tough period but it's worth it. Get a lot of support system from your spouse and family or friends. All the best!

Oh dear, sorry about that. I hope she feels better. Are we all being prescribed different types of medication? Mine are Proluton jab once/weekly, folic acid 1x daily, progynova 3x morning and night; and duphaston 3x daily. Still no implantation spotting though.

Hi! I'm currently 4 weeks and my next appointment is on the 16 nov too. So far I have no spotting but the symptoms I had few days ago had subsided when tested positive. Totally understand how you feel. For duphaston, I think doc has to prescribe you.
