    Hi, as the previous post suggests it sounds like your baby is colicky. Mine was too. There are no side effects of yaolan but they feel better when they are held upright. Rock them while holding them upright. They feel better. Another thing that helps is to take them in a car ride. They love it...

    Hi, they say until 3 months it's not advisable as the pressure in the plane is too much for the new born to handle. But I know a friend who travelled with her 1 month baby. So ultimately it's your decision.
