I delivered biggish baby girl on 4th Aug via c-sect. She was measured 3.4kg 5 days before delivery and turned out to be 3.62kg! Part of the reason why labor was hard I think. I am overjoyed to hold her in my arms after 9 mths of feeling her kicks and turns in the tummy!

The doc did say that baby may come only on Monday.. not necessarily on Sunday. :oops:

went to doc on tuesday and baby is still comfortable inside. Cervix is still closed and baby is biggish at 3.4kg. Water level is borderline. So doctor ordered me to be induced on Sunday (due date). Is it advisable to go for induction? Or better to let the baby bake longer?

A colleague went for voluntary scheduled c section at 38 weeks and her baby was supposed to be 3.3kg. Turned out to be just 3kg. So not to worry.
