how old are your children? usually children should enjoy with mummies at home. if they are schooling, could it be because they feel they have less 'freedom' now? if so, hang on. it takes sometime for kids to get used to new routine, especially if there is a change to their 'freedom'...

sperm is in the semen, but once inside the sperm supposed to swim further in. the excess fluid may flow out. of course some sperm may flow out as well, but these are the 'weaker' ones that will not make it so don't worry about them.

guess it depends on u n ur kids. if u want to prepare them for primary school, guess would be language, drama, math classes. if u want them to have skill, i think is best time to start swimming, martial arts, dancing and music. best to start these when they r free-er.
