Anyone knows if there's any surcharge if we either deliver naturally or have a scheduled cesarean on a public holiday? My EDD is very close to National Day but bb is still breeched so I may schedule a delivery on that day. Pls advise the hospital u were in, and the surcharge! Thank you!!
