Perhaps it is late implanation. I heard of someone who got a negative on BT but subsequently became positive. U did your ER on 4 Mar too? Are you on natural or medicated FET? Any symptoms?

May be late implanation. Is your period regular and due?

You may try red bean soup, chicken essence and egg whites. It does help increase lining

Sometimes wonder if it is the utrogestan or discharge.
