Did not use ice pad either..was not so bad for me..u may use an ice pad no prob.. it does not affect.. but prob do not rub ice pack after jab cos it may clot the med due to the ice cold.. just a tot..

I noticed you are little hesistant to mention which doc r u from.. Is there any reason? Cos we all would like to share our experiences with the diff hospitals, doc and their methods..

Yr dosage seems higher.than me.. I am told to take 3 pills progynova twice a day, 2 pills of estrofem once a day, no aspirin... Also fr NUH. Which doc r u under?

Hajar try earing beef if your religion permits u.. It helps alot as well. My last scan was 7mm on a wed n the following week tue it was 8mm.. I ate beef and drank soya milk! Sadly they din do a lining scan before transfer the following week.. guess it shld be ard 8.5mm..

U can get it from cedele too.

Sorry hear abt yr BFN.. don lose faith and jia you! If this is your 1st fresh, you may try to blastocyst all! Most of them said blastocycst stands a stronger success to BFP.. You are with Dr Prof as well?
