At least he do some bloodwork to confirm haha.. thats good. For me, my gynae cant see anything so he jus say cannot confirm if its biochemical or ectopic pregnancy now (make me think and worry more!!) and jus send me back and schedule another appt. haha.

I think symptoms comes and go and really varies with individual :).
