    Try Zou Yumin TCM if convenient for you in AMK. Dr Xie has incredible advice for most if not all conditions (also to cut costs!). Very empathetic doctor. Highly recommended.

    I get organic veggies from ntuc, which are generally $3-4, so I think they won't break the bank. I also use etl no. 7/9 to clean my fruits and veggies as they use natural ingredients. For non veg products e.g. flours or noodles, I actually buy some from JB/Malaysia/scoops. Have you checked...
