Not much difference actually. It's the people in the school that is important. Whether your child gets enough attention, or simply left to do their own things. IMO, enroll to a 3/4 one first, if your child is not happy there, change.

if you are not sure, take another one. Maybe the test is faulty, happens sometimes. Also, need to check within the specified period. If you check the results later, or earlier than the specified minutes, the results will not be accurate.
