So fast got constipation? U need more fibre food w more water. I used to have v bad constipation.

Mine are 9 n 7 now... almost same age gap like my sibling. 10 and 9 years differences.

I decide not to take those supplement from doctor this round. Such as folic acid, multi vit, fish oil, calcium, iron etc. I take from a series of wholesome freeze dried food which get these nutrients from the wholesome food :)
