Hi Mummies, For breastmilk: Can we store the breastmilk together for 1 day? For e.g morning we do pumping and put into fridge(Lower compartment not the freezer)...after 3 hrs we do pumping again, can we mix with the morning feed? or we need to store into another container/milk bags?

Hi, I am a silent reader and in the waiting game also... Mummies going through c-sect...any advices on the food to avoid during our 1 month confinement?will we have less milk or milk comes in too slow if going c-sect as compare to natural birth?
