Pls do not go to Universal maid agency!!. They are only good in getting you to pay for a maid. Their fees are exorbitant. I paid SGD1600 fees for a Fhililino maid. And when I need some follow up service from them, they give you extremely CRAP follow up service but yet charge sky high prices...
