Whats wrong with the leg rest?

1) brand: lucky baby, grey color
can incline to sleep position, condition 8/10, the handle has crack (See the typed part) but still secure, cushion still new looking and well maintained.
all other parts functioning well. light weight.
letting go at $20, collect from Pasir Ris st 71

2) Light weight pram, black with green wheels
cannot incline, very light less than 3kg, ideal for travel use.
easy to close.
All parts good except one of the handle we taped (see photo)
letting go cheaply at $15 only.
collect from woodlands circle
