What Can I Do? Please advice..

Dear all, I have been divorced for almost a year.
The agreement was that I have unrestricted access to the kids. But my ex has been giving me excuses and it has been 3 mths since i last bring them out. What can I do? What should I do?

I'm not sure if you still need advice on this but I believe you could actually go to the family court to charge him for obstructing you from seeing your kids. You will have to go court then but at least you have your rights given by the court and he cannot stop you from seeing them.
