anyone gave birth recently? Wanted to know if there’s any restrictions like no.of visitors, vaccination status during this covid period.

Hello there!
I gave birth last month 11th August at Mount E novena. As the mother I don't need to be vaccinated. I was asked to do PCR test which was for free. But my husband was asked to pay for his PCR test. No visitors allowed at the hospital.
