Turbotots has been very late in delivering my order

I have placed an order for a car with Turbotots since the last week of Dec 2011 for my son's birthday in Jan. It is March now and I have to call many times to ask for the status of my order. In every call, I was told that I will be informed on the delivery schedule, but no one actually calls back.

I have left the similar message on their facebook, the posting was removed almost immediately. Just wondering if anyone else has the similar experience as me.
 
Hi Larry, your postings were not removed, they're on the facebook wall - you gotta click the filter to show Everyone (Most Recent) to see them.. I see that you've posted quite a few.. but they only respond to potential buyers..
