Part-time helper or cleaner

Hi,
I am looking for a part-time cleaner who can come in for 2 hours/week. Is there any recommendation?

I am on budget though. I now pay $140 for 4 sessions (2 hours/week) but the helper from the agency missed the schedule frequently.
