Personally I felt that there is a need for the 20 mins of free play cos my son is abit reserved. He is those shy shy type so if we arrived the class and got to start the programme immediately, he tends to be get more reserved. So I forced myself not to leave home later than 11.00am. I don't know about bilingual cos he is in Mandarin PlayClub but so far I didn't experience running out of time during lesson except for a few times during play time.
