hope this will help. i've measured the other melissa shoes instock i have. sole of UK4 measures about 23cm, UK5 measures about 24cm.
are u sometimes in between UK4 and 5? if so, recommend to size up.
currently need another 3 pairs to close.
do note that slots are allocated based on first payment basis.

Goods usually arrive within 10 days from the day i place order with them so it really depends on when we can get enough orders to close current batch.
Normal postage for one pair is abt $1.50-$2.55 depending on weight. Registered postage add $2.25 on top of normal rates.
