Looking for a Good Gynae for C sect

I am currently 18 weeks for my 2nd child. Due to insurance issue, my current gynae has stop giving delivery. I will need to find a new gynae from 20 weeks onwards. Have your heard of Benjamin Tham from TMC? Any idea how much is his charges for Csect GA? My current gynae only charge me 1800 for my 1st delivery in 2013.

I had a very bad experiences with TMC for my 1st labour, I am thinking of MT A this time.
