Hi, just want to share this frustrating quest for refund...
One of the items (ear ring) has a missing stone so I emailed Asu for refund. Look at the reply
" Hi,
have a nice day
Thanks for your emial and pictures,
we have checked and apply with our manager,
the compensatiion is follow:
A34494 *20%=0.25
so total amount is 0.25usd.
dear, would you like to help us ?"
See!!! They are always doing this. That's why I can't promise refund for damaged items.
They will often suggest that I try to fix it or sell the defective items at a discount.
I had repeatedly told them that in SG, we don't wear things that are defective!
Although their website has a policy that says they would honour refund, they will ask you to accept a 20% refund.
Last batch, they honour a 100% refund becos they say I am a 'OLD' (pardon their language) customer.
And they say it is the last time!
Always have to email them many times to fight for the refund. Hope you understand that this is not a easy process and I always try my best.
And those reviews you read at their website, just let you know that they are screened.
They will remove all the negative comments and only leave all the good ones. (like fast, good service, etc)
They only keep all my positive comments and deleted those they don't want you to see. FYI.
