Kipling's sales are quite dynamic. The additional 20% discount is not working for Item Number: BP3762 now. It was previously working when I ordered Batch 21 & 22.

You can try adding item to cart and entering the discount code to see if the discount applies to the item

There is a limit to the number of available slots for meetups at Buona Vista or Serangoon because my hubby is taking public transport and there is a limit to the number of items he is able to carry.

Pls note that there shall be strictly no last minute cancellations or late turn ups for Buona Vista & Serangoon meetups. For last minute cancellations or late turnups, future collection shall be strictly only at Buangkok or via Courier. 

As indicated in the T&C, normal mail is possible only if your items can fit into the normal post box for mailing. No registered mail option as I am unable to make trips to the Post Office.

Courier charges is by the size of the parcel (ie. dimensions).

Per indicated on their website, weight limit is 25kg. Maximum size of parcel ( L + B + H ) = 160cm

Exchange Rate: 
USD 1 = fixed SGD 1.3 (to adjust if rates increase)

Shipping: 
1. Domestic: Free (current promotion)
If free domestic promotion has ceased, domestic charges (if any) will be shared

2. International Shipping: Shipping charges will be divided and shared by weight/units. Depends on size and type of item, eg. Accessories/wristlets/wallet/swingpack/totes etc. Pls note that if your item is bulky, it may incur higher shipping charge (eg. Large backpack, large travel duffle bag etc)

No confirmation required. Please proceed with payment after posting orders or emailing me your orders. Payment:
1. First payment for items ordered.

Total purchase amount in USD$ x1.3 = SGD$

2. Second payment for International shipping charges.
Shipping charges will be divided and shared by weight/units. Pls note that if your item is bulky, it may incur higher shipping charge.
You may refer to earlier batches as a guide to international shipping charges

Please remember to email me your hp no. & email address & indicate your collection location after placing your orders

Waiting Time: 
Approximately 3-4 weeks after orders are placed.

Collection Methods: 
Self-collection is preferred.

1) Self collection available at the following locations:

Buangkok [ preferred location ]
- Mass Meetup, usually at 8.45pm on weekdays
- at my block just beside Buangkok MRT
- Weekday evenings 8.30pm – 10pm by appointment
- Weekends (mornings excluded) by prior appointment (timing to be confirmed based on schedule)
[exact date & timing to be confirmed prior to meetup depending on schedule.]

Buona Vista Circle Line MRT (station control or train platform ) 
[Available only for non bulky orders (eg. pouch or wallets). Not available if items are numerous or bulky]
- Circle Line MRT Platform or Station Control
- mass meetup at this location is available once or twice a week
- weekday evenings Mon-Thurs 6.25pm by appointment (once or twice a week)
- Friday evenings by appointment depending on availability
[exact date & timing to be confirmed prior to meetup depending on schedule.]
Pls opt for Buangkok meetup if you need items urgently.
[Not available if items are numerous or bulky]

Serangoon MRT (train platform)
[Available only for non bulky orders (eg. pouch or wallets). Not available if items are numerous or bulky]
Meetup for this option will be at the train platform (ie. not exiting the MRT gantry)
- mass meetup at this location is available once or twice a week
- weekday evenings Mon-Thurs 6.55pm by appointment (once or twice a week)
- Friday evenings by appointment depending on availability
[exact date & timing to be confirmed prior to meetup depending on schedule.
Pls opt for Buangkok meetup if you need items urgently.

Please choose Buangkok meetup option if you need your items urgently. Meetup option at Buangkok is available daily unless otherwise advised.

RESTRICTION: Meetup available only at Buangkok IF your items are
- bulky
- heavy or
- too many items
Otherwise, please opt for courier option instead of self-collect

2) Courier ($0.50-$0.80 for material)
Courier charges start from SGD6 depending on the number of items and size of items. You may arrange for your own courier.
[If I do not need to further pack your items/orders for courier, no material fee will be charged] Please make payment for the international shipping charges when orders have arrived & collect your orders within 2 weeks after notification of international shipping charge has been posted.
Please opt for courier if you are unable to collect your orders within the allocated timeframe unless I have agreed to your reason(s) for late collection. 

1. I reserve the right to cancel the spree if response is poor. Any payment received will be refunded within 2 working days upon receipt of bank account no. Orders will only be placed for “In-stock” items.
2. I will ensure that orders are placed correctly. I am not responsible for any shipping errors in wrong colour or wrong design shipped by the merchant. I will not be responsible for any missing, loss, defects or wrong shipment by merchants and during shipping transit.
3. I will not be held liable for shipment delays from the merchant/freight forwarding company.
4. Orders will only be placed upon receipt of payment.
5. 2nd Payment for International shipping charges is required before collection of items.
6. For those who are unable to post in this thread, please email me at [email protected] as the PM function doesn’t work at times.
7. Please include your SMH nick in your email title and payment details when making payment via IB funds transfer.
8. I will try to avoid incurring GST. But should GST be incurred due to shipping, it will have to be shared among the spreeists.
9. I am unable to make trips to the Post Office for posting normal mail or registered mail due to changes in schedule.
10. Normal mail (not recommended) is possible only if your item is non bulky and can fit into the normal Post Box for mailing. I am not responsible for any loss or damages via normal mail. It is highly recommended to self-collect orders at Buangkok.
