Me n my hubby planning for baby. I have high blood pressure and diabetic. Now we need to seek advise whether am i suitable to hav baby? Which gyne i should look for?

I have high blood pressure and high blood sugar, now 29weeks pregnant. I have been hospitalized for 7 days till now, because doctor need to monitor my sugar level.
Its tough for ppl who pregnant with high blood and diabetic. But still manageable.

If a woman's blood pressure is very high, her placenta may fail to support the baby, so it safer to deliver baby early. Then baby is not ready to come out, may cause baby to stay in NICU.
A diabetic woman's baby tends to grow very big, even though pre-term, still safer to deliver early. Again, caused baby to be in NICU.
Therefore, we must carefully control out blood pressure and blood sugar during pregnancy, good for mum good for baby.

I am at KKH as subsidized patient, so I can't choose Gynae, just see any doctor on duty.
I prefer natural birth without any medical intervention. So, a midwife is good enough for me, I don't need private gynae.
I have been hospitalised for few days at KKH, to reduce my sugar level. So far so good, my sugar level reduced from 13 to 8.

I don't have GD but have HBP before and throughout my pregnancy Was prescribe meythdopal to take everyday. Beside having HBP.. my preg was smooth. there is one thing for sure.. if u have HBP, u cannot deliver natural as contraction will trigger pressure to be higher. So I was ordered to csect at 37 weeks 4 days. My gynae also very nervous for me throughout pregnancy. So once I hit 37 weeks.. she cut me liao.
