How to remove hair in baby eyes?

I'm a rookie new mom. Found a thing hair in my baby's left eye, she is just a month old. she doesn't cry or rub her eye because of that thing hair.
Can you share with me how to remove it in a safe way?

You can wet a cotton bud with boiled cool water and clean it.
