Have you encounter shitty service from ivf nurses ?

I wanted to return call to my ivf nurse but she said don't know who called me. I missed the calls as I was working and no convenient to take calls at that time. Then I confirm with her it is the clinic I have done my screening but she doesn't know who called me. I gave her my hp, and she said can't find my record. Then she said to call me later but no calls.

The clinic so small and the most is just 3 staff, so difficult to find out who called ?

Funny thing is noone call me back when I am waiting. How to trust them if I start my ivf journey ?? Now already depressed with such service.
