Getting into preggy

Hi everyone im new here.. I haf PCOS n taken clomid n does not work for mi .. My gyane advice mi to go into IUI haf any ladies went thou this?
 


Hi, I used to hv PCOS n tried clomid Gor a few cycles but it does not work for me too. I was offered by Kkh Gynae to consider iui but I chose not to. I want to try to conceive naturally. So together with my hubby, we went through tests, TCM for 8 months, foot massages, engaged Malay massue to massage for me(to check n 'adjust' back womb to its original position if not correct), control diets for 3 months.... N I conceived with my first child.. Now no.2 is on the way..
 
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is one of the most common endocrine disorders. I am also new here. And I just starting my fertility test in NUH
 
hii everyone .. I'm been on diet for this few months ordy .. n i cut down abt 20 over kg .. i hope to recive some gd news also. :)

hii babe can i know how much weight u hf loss? n how is ur menes cycle after u loss weight?

PCOS is due too super over weight .. i was 91kg tat time .. was up sad but doctor sae i will get preggy if i can reduce 10pecent of my weight n better still if i can go back to my before preggy weight .. my diet was lots of work out eat super healthy n at nitex i dun eat after 7pm
drink lots of water in e day time plus fruit before meal
 
Hi everyone :) I m new here.I m trying ttc now.Dr S told me i m nt ovulating.Prescribe me with Metformin,Duphaston to induce menses n clomid to start on my 2nd day of menses.I hv pcos.Today is my 2nd day on clomid..heavy menses,cramps n feeling weak.Thks 2 metformin 500mg..i lost 4kg in 10days..hehe..Anyone goin thru the same as me.Tis is my 1st time.

I also have pcos. Was on metformin and clomid for 1 year but didn't ttc. Did all the tests and doc concluded it was unexplained fertility. He suggested ivf but I didn't want. Tried tcm and all sorts of ways for 2 years. Finally agreed to ivf. 1st cycle ended up with chemical pregnancy. 2nd cycle succeeded. Turns out I also have poor egg quality (only known after my first ivf cycle).

Quite common among pcos ladies. We have a lot of eggs but might not be good. Therefore even with Sperm injected into egg, it just doesn't grow. Sometimes end up with chemical pregnancy, blighted ovum or loss of heartbeat in first trimester.
 
Hello ladies, I am also new here.
I have been married for 3 years and trying for bb for almost 2 years. I also have PCOS, but not taking any specific medications for it.
My hub and I tried TCM for 6 months, did several checks and finally discovered at the latest test that I have blocked Fallopian tubes.
It's bitter to hear of unexpected condition in the body, but sweet to finally discover the 'problem' and to know there is still hope for me to conceive naturally. :) anyone share a similar problem??
 
hii ladies.. i was Diagnose with PCOS 4 years ago .. with all e chinese n gyane i hf seen.. nutting helps mi to get into preggy .. was kind of very lose n keep trying to goggle a lot to get myself more info getting intro preggy .. i know myself was e weight tat makes mi getting into PCOS ..last year oct i start going to gym n run one hours everyday control my insulin intake .. i was 20 over kg n now im preggy with my 2nd child :) im happy with all my affort cos i tot i wont be able to get preggy anymore .. E best is to know wad cause is to haf PCOS ? if is e weight problem we really haf to cut down our weight .. i haf wasted 4 years of seening so much Dr :( going one big round :( but aleast now im preggy in 15 weeks now .. :)

Hey there, i am also on metformin. Not rly overweight but I have pcos too.

The gastrointestinal effects of metformin are crappy but do hang in there because they are temporary. If u have bloating u can get gaviscon, and u can get some medicine for the diarrhoea (charcoal). I realised that it also helps when I do not eat too much cos when i eat too much rice etc, I'd be in agony after that. :)

Saw the fertility specialist who said only iui or ivf then I can get pregnant but my hubby and I dun want and so we gave up . Guess what we managed to conceive #1 naturally . after birth I thought I will only get lucky Once cos pcos problem is still there but who know I got lucky again recently and expecting #2 now . My guess Is both of us no longer stress or burden with must have kid thought and become more relax and Mother Nature took over ...so don't give up hope ... Pcos is not terminal .. Things can still happen :)

Hi Ptb7674 , please can you tell me that how can i get pregnant naturally without iui . I am also a pcos sufferer and i want to concieve. Married for two years and now want a baby ..my specialist told me that my ovulation is absent due to being overweight by 86kgs . So doc told me to reduce weight first for gettingpregnancy . Can you help me anyway.

sorry i am not a doctor i cant tell you how ..i guess just pure luck ..but one thing i did is watch my diet .. alot of website tell us to lose weight just like what your gynae told you and relax dun get too stress up with the baby making activities

Hi ptb7674 yupp thanks. But do you know anything about diet pills like phen375 or reductil ? Have you or anyone in your knowledgr has taken it to lose weight. Are they safe for pcos sufferers.

I m 28 , pcos sufferer married since 2years.. I m ttc since 1yr but failing. My doc at nuh is always in a rush and do not respond properly. I want to consult really a good gynae who can help me to get pregnant safely. Can anyone of you please suggest any good female gynae / infertility specialist/ pcos doc in singapore. Thanks.

my suggestion is lose weight naturally and not dependent on diet pills ...
