This is my 1st time buying something from Disney n thru you, and altho' I knew your collection point was way far from my home,I had asked the possibility of getting items for Xmas. I then decided that I would order and had planned to use regd mail.

I esp have been doing this arrangement w all of my other online purchases during this time for all these years.

I had my doubts only when i realised that Batch 30's orders had arrived early December. I checked back on archive and found that the order was made in early November. So then, how could my orders arrive on time?? Yet in your email you said to give you "by 25th so all items should arrive by christmas".

This year has been a terrible year esp from the planning of buying and giving gifts these passed 2 months. Would you believe everything planned backfired? Now another one...

I don't know if I will even be home to collect from courier as I am supposed to be running around w my 8yo son on that day. That is the last day to do any last minit errands n I cannot do them any earlier becos the ppl I am to see are out of town.

At least out of all the plans, I can surely say 1 went thru very smoothly despite the tight schedule of both parties.
