Confinement lady for Twins

Anyone has recommendation of any confinement lady for twins?

Sharlene: I'm having a pair of twins now, due next march. I also have a hard time finding confinement nanny. But I engage from confinement agency - GPLS (they charge more during CNY). Maybe you would like to check their quotation. My friend engage from PEM. Hope you can find soon. Good luck.

Hi, I am also due in March 2012 but doc mentioned that I will need to go for c-sect in feb. Is ur twins boy or girls?

Hi Sharlene, last visit to gynae, he told me that my twins maybe a boy and a girl. I will wait for detail scan. = ) My gynae also told me that my babies will come in Feb too.

I also have twins ( boy & girl ) and my CL is willing to take the job.

My CL is good with confinement food. and take care of bb well . also will teach you patiently how to handle new born

Have recommended 3 of my frens to her so far

I have a CL who handled my twins really well and she was very supportive of my breastfeeding. I was able to breastfeed both twins till 9 months old. Let me know if u need the contact. She is from msia.

I just knew that I am expecting twins in coming August (2012). Excited and concerned as doc told me that twins are very likely to be delivered pre-maturely. When does everyone start taking leaves and rest completely in bed? How does everyone handle the burden of two babies in the last trimester?

Hi Chloe: congrats on your twins.

I am also expecting twins this mar-april.
For my gynae, he will be giving me hospitalisation leave - bed rest from 28th weeks onwards till the day i delivered.

btw: how much are the CL charging for twins? 1 CL tried to charge me $3600! is it the norm???

I'm quite skeptical abt hiring CL at such a high rate. cos almost all CL will tell you that they will only take care of 1 bb at night. so twin mummies, pls consider carefully before committing to it. For me, my mum and domestic helper will be helping out during confinement. Hubby has also planned to take 2 wks leave to stay hm.

My friend had twin too and just delivered. They have used pem nanny. experienced and good !

my nanny is ming zhu nanny from pem but she is not twin specialist . Pem have special trained nanny for twins ^^
