I can't see the details of batch 10. Can you deduct the shipping for batch 10 & let me know how much do I need to top up or how much you have to refund.

To date, the package have not reach vposteurope and they insist that they have delivered.

Before the forum migrated, I remember seeing your post stating that batch 12 has arrived and you requested for top-up payment for shipping charges. After the forum migrated, I'm unable to locate that post. However, I transferred the top-up payment of S$4.68 to your account via ATM on 25/7/13. The ref. number is 7691.
Can you please check and acknowledge receipt of the funds transferred? May I know how I can collect my item from you?
