Hi mummies, any advice for me as I can't slp at night (even at 12am!) My mind seem to be very active. Ive drank milk already almost every night. Now 33 weeks.
Awake till 12am is very common for me or I can say is every night. Sometimes I only sleep ard 1-2am. If take afternoon nap, then maybe only able to fall asleep at 2am plus. As I'm a light sleeper, once my LO move a lot, I can be awake..
