Hi Mummies,

Can share the ang pow rate for confinement nanny.

Understand need to give 2 ang pow. 1 ang pow for 1st day on job and 1 ang pow last day on the job.

Hi. I gave $28 for the 1st ang pow and $160 for the 2nd because I was very pleased with my cl. I think it is on the high side as most of my friends give $80 or $100.

I gave $80 for first ang pow. Wanted to motivate her at the beginning.

As I was happy with her work, gave her $100 when she left

i gave $28 1st & $128 when she left cos my confinement nanny did a good job for us
but this time round confinement in december im using her again. confirm wont be able to give her so much already.
maybe $28 1st then $68 when she leaves. more babies = pocket poorer LOLs!

According to agency, ang pow rate is usually $30 for the 1st ang pow, 2nd ang pow determined by level of service rendered. Hope it helps....

I gave $100 on first day (to motivate her) and $100 on the last day though she did a very good job and we extended her service for 2 weeks.
