Hi fellow mums (n dads)
I don't know abt you but the number of enrichment and brain training programs out there is quite crazy!
And from what i've been told by friends n colleagues, many of them are v bottomline driven. of course that's understandable, but i want my child to go to a school that genuinely cares for the kids and nurtures them. Not just all abt $$.
i was considering enrichment at mindchamps but had 2nd thoughts after hearing some fdback from a friend's sister abt how rigid they can be n how u keep paying n paying for stuff. They also advertise so aggresively.
Money is not the main issue. I just feel more comfortable when a school's motivation is more abt passion for kids and for education. Not when it's run too much like a biz.
Anyway thats just my thots. Now my boy is just attending nursery, music n swimming lessons. Will prob send for ch enrichment too, n end at that. Just keep it simple!
