Hi,

Had ordered some space savers bags and back for more...

1. S x 3
2. M x 1
3. Manual air extractor

And got some qns for you:
1. realise that for 1 or 2 of the bags I bought frm you previously, air seems to leak in from the vent... does it mean that the bag is spoilt? it was a brand new bag when I used it but it kept inflating after extracting so am not sure what is wrong?
2. also, do we need to screw real tight as the whole vent including the orange part pop out for 1 of the bags...

Am checking to make sure I'm doing things the right way and not spoilling the bags... TQ...

1. there is a translucent membrane beneath the cap. if it's not there the bag will leak. can you check? if it's missing i'll mail u replacements.
2. no need real tight. it will spoil the bags cos excessive pressure is exerted on the valve. just tight enough not to drop out can le.

total will be (5.9*0.8+4.9*3 + 5)*0.9 =21.98.

Hi! I just collected my bags and electric pump just now and tried it immediately at home. I realize that it take a very long time to extract the air. In fact I waited for 1 minute and the bag is still not deflated. Did I take a wrong step in using it?

for the elec pump, you need to use a cloth to cover the gap between the valve and the nozzle of the pump, to prevent air from going into the bag. then it will be fast. i will sms u for more detailed instructions.
