I have constipation before preggy and always use those "pai du" tea to clear the tummy.. and now can drink those tea anymore.. I tried yogurt drinks, Yakult, Vitagen.. useless..
Tried eating prunes and it helps a bit.. I try eating them with breakfast and usually by late morning, the 'kick' will be there already..
Luckily for me, I got to know I m preggy after a week of my confirmation.. and then I was given MC for 3 days that time by my gynae so my HR was informed..
