i was encouraged by my SIL who's a RN in the States. she mentioned to me that she kind of regret banking privately for her firstborn in SG bcos she cant do anything to it, not even bring it back to States if she need to move back. there are some restrictions and stuff and she already stopped banking with the private cord bank...her 2nd bb, she bank publicly and was v happy [IMG=http://www.singaporemotherhood.com/forumboard/clipart/happy.gif]
