Ivy, so u got let ur gal try all those things she wan to eat? My one also now everytime wan eat our stuff! But I still try not to give lor. My hubby v funny, bb wan to eat our ice cream, he tell him eeeeeh eeeeh not nice one bb not convinced though... Haha I tell hubby u think he stupid one uh?!

yes i let her try as long as its not too oily, salty, sweet. Like steam fish, i will give. At a food court, kway tiao with duck broth, i take the kway tiao out and pour hot water so dilute the salt a bit. No choice lah, overseas dun wanna think too much.
Taipei, very easy. Their MRT is done by Singapore help, so its similar to singapore MRT. Mostly night markets, if no time go shilin night market can liao. Ximending, day time can shop, eat, night time i eat the mee sua. I also go jiufen, and go to "Chun Tian" Hot spring resort, got free bus from hotel at xinbeitou mrt. Then the rest is sightseeing, the food court at taipei 101 my sis say very nice, i did not go. I went to the "Din Tai Fen" main store, i like their beef soup, more rich than singapore. Eh wat else... i got itinerary of taipei, if u all need, i can send after CNY, just pm me. Its very easy to go around taipei. eat eat eat.

Wah,so envy!!
I also wanna go holidays. Have pyscho hubby to go clubmed phuket cos (i quoted genesis) they can babysit baby for us! Then we can have couple time. hehe
So i hope can go tis year.
If we can cope, then we will think of further destinations =)
But for start, we gg for staycation on 19th at MBS with Faith. Just stay one night.
But im curious, is RWS better?

Yl, hubby has never been to Japan before even cos I went there twice before getting married so lower priority to go compared to other destinations. But more than 6 years since I last went, so gian to go again.
Wa, so many mummies traveling n to faraway countries, envious.
Yl, I wanted to tell mtdt a few times that yl is your initials but think better dun be too kaypoh, Kekeke. Actually both u n mtdt very sweet, will include hubby's initials in the nick. I have always used my own name only. So, when I book hotels etc, the hotel reception always address my hubby Mr K, Keke. So Now I have to resort to using Mrs T for travel booking.

Pauline>I went Taiwan for phototaking + honeymoon 1 in sept. Then the following March went Japan to see sakura + honeymoon 2. V beautiful esp at Kamakura and Asakusa. Vietnam was in May and I was pregnant then but didn't realise. Hubby was joking that maybe I was pregnant cos for some weird reason all our accomodation was upgraded to the family room whist our friends' were not.
But last year only had short trip to HK. This year might not go anywhere besides Phuket cos hubby wants to change jobs so donno leave situation how.

YL, oic, good lar, should travel more before having kids during hubby's school hols. Actually, hubby and I travelled to a few countries after getting married and before kids
Dec 04 - Bintan Banyan Tree
June 05 - Switzerland (honeymoon)

Miu: between the 2, I would choose Venice for TMM! Venice is really something ...very romantic in the day and night. Sipping coffee in the middle of St Mark's Square...ahhhhh...i miss Venice! Barcelona is nice too lah but I find the place a tad too commercialised and crowded. Everything there is about Gaudi Gaudi Gaudi...a bit OTT...but the La Sagrada Familia is quite magnificent lah. Another deciding factor...u want to go Venice get Miu Miu, Prada? OR you want to go Barcelona get Loewe? wahahahha!
As i am typing this, hubby said he prefers Barcelona
I get very excited talking about europe cos I love europe! Would love to do eastern europe one day!
