i know it is quite persistent but dont rem it lasted so long.
but then again, every pregnancy is different. Probably you are more toned... so the stretching makes you uncomfortable ?
oh yes I think sometimes it happens 1 or 2x a day and sometimes it doesnt right ?

after bb turn 3 mths, they should not be wearing mittens anymore. So it is time to let them start to grab things. so u can buy some small toys which they can hold. Or can give them a teether since they will put the toys in their mouth anyway.

as for steriliser, actually some mothers stop sterilising even when bb is < 1 yr old. But recommend to do it for the 1st yr. after that dont need lah... oredi toddler liao and their immune system is stronger already.
i already stop sterilising my gal's bottle after she turn 1. else very cham leh, they must learn to take things that are not sterilised mah ... for eg, the bowls and spoons they use cannot be sterilise also.

there's malay words on the tin of the FM i bought. pple said cos they want to target to m'sia market so the Spore manufacturer will print malay words on it. so the 1st thing i check is where it's manufactured.

re: cook porridge in tiger food jar
porridge can be cooked using the food jar. i will experiment this weekends to see successful or not.
i 'agak agak' the method myself but still need to fine-tune here and there...
1. pour in hot water into the food jar and let the hot water stay inside for 20minutes.
2. then during the 20minutes, i will boil rice grain + vege + fish on the stove.
3. after 20min, pour out the hot water & pour the boiled grain + vege + fish into food jar.
4. to wait for how long so the rice grain will reach the 'nua nua' stage, i still need to experiment.

wah u really think ahead leh. have not give birth and now think of full mth liao...
normally chinese celebrate full month few days advance. for eg, my boy's full mth falls on weekdays so we celebrated on weekends b4 the actual full mth. so cakes were give out on that day to relatives who came to my hse.
for frens/colleagues, i gave cake vouchers b4 actual full mth.
my ILs were saying tat bb who celebrated full on the actual day will be very 'fierce'. i dont know the logic behind

it's really convenient and easy. as long as u make sure u pour boiling water into the jar. not just hot water. the safest is to boil the porridge with the water on stove then pour in.
i also use it to cook the porridge when i need to go out early in the morn or the porridge not cooked yet. in fact, i find that the meat is even more tender than cooking it on stove.

bgt a pair of black shoes for myself. Bought a cooler bag, gold bug newborns socks (6 pairs in a bag), 2 packets of gold bug mittens (real sweet !), 1 Avent 1mth+ teats and I newborn pigeon pacifier (just in case).
I dont see the Tiger thermal flask on sale like last time. Last sale I went, there was a counter specifically selling cheap hse hold items like th Tiger stuff, German knife set etc ...

Oh~ That's good cos my sauce usually cook on that night, the remaining for the next night. I enjoy cooking the zha jiang noodles sauce, easy to cook and tasty to eat. I tell you, stock you put into those small bottles (like the bird nest bottle), then you put these bottles in the freezer. When you want to use them, bring them down. They thaw quite fast and in freezer will last much longer than 3 days. I just did it for my prawn stock, made my fried noodles much tastier to eat.

mine cannot fit cos my IL did their side at my place and already 30 pple made my whole house so squeezed. then my parents side got a lot more relatives. actually now that i recall, my parents side did 2 celebrations. one for my dad's side and one for my mum's side. my mum's side we already had like 4-5 tables at a restaurant. so if i combine everyone, i think i sure have to find a big place to do it.
anyway this time round, my parents may be in china so probably no need to do until so big....

Haha so funny that you brand us as “SALE MUMMIES”. Here’s my update!!!! Isetan shou huo pretty ok la. I was there about 1pm. Very GONG cos so many peeper! Seriously, the number of people make me feel like ‘wah, free ah?’. For the first half hour I was really just being dragged by the crowd and walked around in a daze. I didn’t get much because I already got my big items. Pigeon, avent, medela all 20% off. Those who haven’t gotten their pumps, GO!!!! NUK I’m not sure. But I think there was no promo on pigeon set like Taka baby fair.
Was it sonic who wanted the Ameda pump price? Anyway I don’t remember who, but I checked – ameda dual breast pump. Comes with freezer bags and breastmilk thaw and warm cup. Now $320, usual price $459. Hope this helps! Only got this one model.
I also saw baby bjorn carrier and the promoter said 30% OFF! So I super happy. Scarley bring all the way to the counter already then they charged me full price. Spent some time arguing about it and being passed from person to person. I said the promoter told me got discount lor. She even helped me put on and take off the carrier when I was trying. The supervisor said “baby bjorn got no promoter one!”. Then I snapped. I said “Then who did I talk to?”. I wanted to also add “Ghost is it?”. But breathe in breathe out since just came from yoga class right? In the end I got a refund. No point buying at full price.
So in the end I only bought some clothes (BUT FOR 9-12 MONTHS!!! So hubby cannot scold me!), lipstick for myself and plastic nappy cover. and i bought bras also. stupid girl... i realised i need 75C+the extension thing, and not 80A. sometimes really stupid la *slap forehead*. anyone wants 80A? wear once only or never at all, just wash only

Family definitely. Cos it’s the first grandchild for my parents. Friends I don’t know. My mother said if got party then just prepare cakes so people can bring back with them. If no party then must deliver cake. We were thinking after baby baptism then just come over for simple makan lor. Anyway we like having the family over la.

As long as its completely cooled before putting in the fridge, can keep for about 3-4 days. When I cook soup I usually make 2 days portion so can keep. Cos spend so much time ow-ing the soup, might as well make more!
