nov mtb,
old folks will say must eat mee sua with sesame oil and ginger in the morning - very heavy meal; can be quite gross if you're not used to it.
my MIL has suggested eating as per normal (e.g. toast and butter etc.) with an additional sunnysideup lightly fried in ginger and topped off with a dash of sesame oil.
method:
pour a little bit of canola oil in heated wok
thinly slice some ginger (in moderate amount)and fry it in the oil
crack and egg on top of it until cooked to your preferred consistency (e.g. soft yolk, hard yolk)
dish out on plate
drizzle some sesame oil and black soya sauce (optional) on it
tuck in!
