I see. It must be a tough time for both of you. You can consider the non invasive tests (NIPT) that has a higher accuracy than Oscars, eg harmony, panorama. These are more accurate and lowers the chance of false positive results. Got to add that NIPTs are screening, not diagnostic. Hope this...

I get loose stools + constipation haha. Gynae tells me to avoid dairy and soy bean products. I'm taking only folic acid for now.

I have mild cramps at the early weeks too. They will slowly go away. If they increase in frequency or intensity, might want to give a call to your gynae.

Hi ethel, usually if you are below 35 and non family history of certain illness, gynae will do Oscar. Oh, sorry, just saw you are above 35. In that case, your gynae will recommend.
