Duphalac can be bought off the shelf from pharmacies, I took that post delivery because of pregnancy induced piles (sigh) and my daughter take it to soften her stool when constipating too.

I also agreed, please do consult a second opinion and very important to consult a gyne you are comfortable with. Doc google always end up giving us too much information for our own good. I am lucky to find a female gyne which I truly like, even if she is far far away haha

I had no ms nor sore boobs for my nos 1, was worried back then but looking back now, I realised I was super lucky, be positive!
